Right of withdrawal
Given the nature of the products, which refer to the high degree of customization, revocation of the product is excluded. This is because of the personal character that applies to customization. See also our Terms and Conditions.
In case of production and/or manufacturing errors of the product, you can inform us within 14 days of receipt of the product by registering your complaint stating the reason. Once we have received your report, we will send you a confirmation with instructions. After receiving the notification, you can return the product to us within 14 days.
Include photos of the product to support the complaint and to allow us to review the complaint.

Status of the return
Do you return the product? Then you will receive a confirmation from us as soon as the shipment has arrived at us. If the shipment does not meet the return conditions, we will let you know.
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the complaint. However, we may wait with reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. We will refund the purchase amount in the same way with which the order was paid.
The shipping costs of the return are for your own account. If you decide to exchange the item for something else, we will pay the shipping costs of your new order. If you have paid for the shipment with the order, you will of course receive these costs back from us with the return payment.
