Duurzaam en waterafstotend

Onze kussens worden gemaakt van ProPES Outdoor: slijtvast én waterafstotend. Zo gaan jouw kussens extra lang mee. Daarnaast is ProPES Outdoor ook nog eens duurzaam, want het is 100% recyclebaar. Voor de print wordt pigmentinkt op waterbasis gebruikt.
Het materiaal kan gewassen worden op 30 graden. We raden aan om het binnenstebuiten of in een waszak te wassen zodat de print niet direct tegen de trommel komt.
Product information
Our cushions are made of ProPES Outdoor: wear-resistant and water-repellent. This way your cushions will last extra long. In addition, ProPES Outdoor is also sustainable because it is 100% recyclable. Water-based pigment ink is used for the print.
Right of withdrawal
Given the nature of the products, which refer to the high degree of customization, revocation of the product is excluded. This is because of the personal character that applies to customization. See also our Terms and Conditions.
Report complaint
In case of production and/or manufacturing errors of the product, you can inform us within 14 days of receipt of the product by registering your complaint stating the reason. Once we have received your report, we will send you a confirmation with instructions. After receiving the notification, you can return the product to us within 14 days.
Include photos of the product to support the complaint and to allow us to review the complaint.

Status of the return
Do you return the product? Then you will receive a confirmation from us as soon as the shipment has arrived at us. If the shipment does not meet the return conditions, we will let you know.
refund
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the complaint. However, we may wait with reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. We will refund the purchase amount in the same way with which the order was paid.
Postage costs
The shipping costs of the return are for your own account. If you decide to exchange the item for something else, we will pay the shipping costs of your new order. If you have paid for the shipment with the order, you will of course receive these costs back from us with the return payment.

The cushion cover can be washed at 30 degrees (delicate or wool wash program). We recommend washing it inside out or in a washing bag so that the print does not touch the drum directly.
